What applications and how to detect the Low Noise Micro Spectrometer?

ATP2000P micro spectrometer is a low noise high-performance, miniature fiber-optic Spectrometer. Its sensor is a 2048 pixel CCD which responds from 200-1100 nm. It  has many applications:LED spectrophotometer,fluorescence,biochemical analyzer,transmittance detection, reflectance detection and so on. 

We know that it can be used to analyze the light emitted by various light sources and the light after it interacts with various substances.
Of course, it also has many advantages: it is small in size and easy to carry. There are no moving parts inside, and its reliability is very high. It can work in harsh industrial environments. Because of the detector display, the full spectrum can be obtained at one time. It also has many applications:LED spectrophotometer,fluorescence,biochemical analyzer,transmittance detection, reflectance detection and so on. Let me tell you how it applies to LED sorting.

The application of miniature fiber optic spectrometer in the industrial field is compared and formed in many aspects, such as LED spectrophotometry, laser spectral analysis, absorbance test, optical transmittance test, optical color test of various electric light sources, etc. In the aspect of color measurement, miniature spectral instrument has important application in practical production because of its small size and flexible operation. Such as: LED quality sorting, color measurement, laser measurement and film thickness measurement. In LED this energy saving industry chain, many links have seen the application of miniature spectrometer, which can be used for the quality detection of white LED phosphor, LED spectrometer color measurement, LED light radiation and color measurement in modern agriculture. The micro-optical fiber spectrometer USES fixed gratings to split the light, which makes it possible to make real-time color measurement in situ. The LED spectrometer based on the fiber optic spectrometer can achieve detection and sorting speed of 10K /h. The spectral data from the card is transmitted to an industrial computer, which rapidly processes the spectral data information, analyzes the main wavelength and peak value data, CIE color and radiosity. Based on these results, the sorting device collects each LED into the appropriate PIN.

LED separator can separate LED chips of different light intensity, wavelength, color temperature, color purity, and then classify different LED chips, and then put them into different chip boxes. With the rapid development of LED industry, the technology of LED chip has been greatly improved, and the market demand for LED chip is getting higher and higher, and the quality of LED chip is becoming more and more strict. Customers also have a lot of requirements on LED packaging plants, such as requiring the packaging of LED chips with different wavelengths and different light intensity. For some customers, they will require the product consistency of LED chips to be better, which further strengthens the requirements on LED chip packaging plants. Early sorters might only have been able to sort in 24 or 36 categories, but this was far from enough to satisfy the market.Not only that ATP2000P is perfect for fast detection attribute to its high A/D converter frequency and the high speed data transmission.

Now, just to give you an idea of some of the parameters of it. In ATP2000P memory chip, some algorithms to improve the performance are programed solidly, such as wavelength calibration coefficients, linearity coefficients. It output the spectrum data to PC through USB 2.0 or RS232 interface. ATP2000P operates with a single +5VDC supply supplied from USB or duo-pin interface.I will tell you a lot about it if you are interested.
