Description
The ATF4000 High-Speed Scanning 3D Fluorescence Spectrometer is an innovative, high-sensitivity fluorescence spectrophotometer developed by Optosky. Drawing on over 20 years of experience in fluorescence spectrometer development and refined over 3 years, this newly designed and optimized instrument features a cooled high-sensitivity CCD, which provides excellent environmental adaptability and is suitable for long integration times. Its superior low stray light design ensures that the ATF4000 can perform effectively in complex environments, making it widely applicable, particularly in scientific research, food safety, pharmaceutical engineering, and biomedicine.
The ATF4000 incorporates a high-power xenon lamp with an exceptionally wide excitation wavelength output capability. It uses a scanning monochromator to deliver the necessary high-power monochromatic light for excitation, which is directed onto the sample. Emission wavelengths are analyzed using a high-speed spectrometer, enabling rapid assessment of the sample’s fluorescence properties and high-speed 3D spectral analysis. The emission wavelength spectrometer features a deep-cooled CCD, providing a higher signal-to-noise ratio and more accurate fluorescence signals.
The included multifunctional software has been rigorously tested by hundreds of scientists globally and has undergone nearly a hundred version updates incorporating their feedback. It is highly functional and stable, making it ideal for Raman research, hyperspectral imaging, and other advanced applications.
