What is the food safety analyzer?

Multi-parameter fully functional food safety rapid analyzer (50) is in accordance with the relevant national standards, can quickly detect the pesticide residues in all sorts of food (agricultural), formaldehyde, sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate, sulfur dioxide, nitrite, nitrate, urea hydrogen peroxide, peroxide value, heavy metal lead, food and so on more than 50 kinds of poisonous and harmful material and additive content, is a collection of a variety of detection function in a body's comprehensive food safety testing instruments.

Widely used in vegetables and fruits, rice and noodle products, dry non-staple food, medicinal materials, aquatic products, meat products, pickles and other detection.

Suitable for food production, circulation, testing and other fields.

Food detector is mainly used to detect, inspect and analyze toxic and harmful substances in food. The existing food detector mainly includes the following categories:

(1) Pesticide residue detection instruments: mainly gas chromatograph (GC) plus liquid chromatograph (HPLC) assisted detection, when the substance is relatively simple, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC -- MS) qualitative detection, when the matrix is more complex, LC -- MS or even GC -- MS confirmed.

(2) Harmful compound residues, fishing drugs and veterinary drug residue detection instruments: because this kind of residue is more complex, generally with liquid chromatograph detection, meteorological chromatograph, ion chromatography (IC), thin layer chromatography (TLC) and other auxiliary detection.

When it is necessary to do a variety of fast residual speed test, almost all use LC - MS - MS.

The most commonly used instruments are atomic fluorescence spectrometer (AFS), atomic absorption spectrometer (AAS), inductively coupled plasma spectrometer (ICP) and ICP-MS with higher sensitivity.

In order to identify the valence state of elements, the elemental analyzer is generally used in conjunction with various chromatographic separation systems.

(4) Bacterial pathogenicity detection instruments: the traditional detection instruments are used for microscopic examination and bacterial colony counter, and there are more than six kinds of instruments used for identification of bacteria and pathogenic bacteria.

Widely used instruments include gene detection instruments, carbon source metabolic efficiency detection instruments, biochip technology platforms, surface plasma resonance (SPR) based instruments and bacteria-specific fatty acid spectra.

(5) Microbial toxin detection instruments: most of them are enzyme marker, thin-layer chromatograph, aflatoxin analyzer, etc., and endogenous toxins can be detected by liquid chromatograph or spectrophotometer;

In recent years, liquid chromatography and CE and CE - MS combined instruments have been widely used in the detection of Marine biotoxins.

(6) Testing instruments for transgenic products: The main methods include the detection of gene transcription level and gene level, the main use of centrifuges and other equipment to prepare gene samples, and the use of gene amplification instrument (PCR), enzyme marker, electrophoresis system for separation, analysis and testing instruments.

(7) samples early treatment instruments: food safety analysis and inspection is in extremely complicated samples for testing, only trace residues and contaminants, adopt the traditional sample early treatment instrument can make the measurement accuracy is greatly reduced, even unable to detect the contaminant concentration, therefore must adopt new technology at the early stage of the production of sample processing equipment, using more apparatus such as solid phase extraction (SPE), dialysis, gel extraction apparatus (GPC), matrix solid-phase disperse extraction (MSPDE), solid phase microextraction (SPME), supercritical fluid extraction (sFE), and other new instruments.

(8) Food quality and nutrition testing instruments: food quality indicators include the concept of nutritional value and the concept of food safety.

The instruments commonly used to detect are vitamin, protein, fat, amino acid and trace elements, etc.

(9) Pet-type rapid and on-site testing equipment: a large number of rapid screening testing equipment, on-site quality control instruments and on-site speed measuring instruments.

(10) Medium and small test instruments and equipment necessary for the laboratory.
