Racing with Light, Multi-Product Launch | Optosky Gas Detectors: Guarding Against Invisible Risks

Optosky’s gas detection series: GF200 (laser methane, NB-IoT, 36‑month battery, IP68) and GF330 (NDIR multi‑gas analyzer for SO, NO, CO, CO₂, CH₄, etc.). High sensitivity, explosion‑proof options – ideal for underground utilities, industrial emissions, and air quality monitoring.

With growing demands for urban safety, industrial monitoring, and environmental prevention, gas detectors are becoming key nodes in intelligent sensing networks. Optosky continues to expand the boundaries of gas detection technology – from underground urban spaces to industrial fronts, from environmental monitoring to emergency early warning – building a multi‑gas intelligent sensing solution covering methane, VOCs, NOx, SO, CO₂, etc., using spectroscopy to safeguard cities and industries.

01  Built Specifically for Urban Underground Space Safety Perception

GF200 Combustible Gas Leak Detector for Underground Pipelines

  • Uses point-type laser methane detection module – uniquely selective to methane, immune to water vapor and dust, suitable for long-term deployment in gas wells, power wells, and other urban lifeline nodes
  • Supports NB-IoT communication, 36‑month battery life, built‑in BeiDou/GPS positioning, anti‑theft alert, and abnormal alarm – enabling unattended operation, real‑time data return, and intelligent protection loop
  • IP68 waterproof and intrinsically safe explosion‑proof design for stable operation in humid, explosive underground environments. Supports pole‑mounted and wall‑mounted installation – ideal for upgrading urban gas safety early warning systems.

02 Accurate, Stable, Multi-Component Infrared Quantitative Analysis

GF330 Infrared Gas Analyzer

  • Uses Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) technology, integrating an infrared correlation filter module and a long-path gas cell – performs high-sensitivity, fast-response quantitative detection of SO, NO, CO, CO₂, CH₄, N₂O, O₂, SF₆, and other components
  • Supports multi-channel output and multi-protocol communication (4‑20mA, RS485/232, Ethernet) – compatible with data integration needs of laboratories, industrial sites, and environmental stations
  • Features automatic calibration and fault self-diagnosis; available in explosion‑proof and non‑explosion‑proof versions – flexibly adapted to laboratories, agricultural storage, combustion emissions, air quality, mine safety, and more
Optosky is consistently committed to safety perception, building a gas detection system based on “core detection + scenario adaptation”, helping urban underground pipelines, industrial emissions, environmental monitoring, and other fields achieve closed‑loop management with visible risks, controllable hazards, and usable data.
In the future, we will continue to deepen the integration of intelligent sensing and spectroscopy, promoting the deployment and application of more gas detection products in key areas such as urban safety, environmental supervision, and industrial control.
