NY6000 is a comprehensive edible oil quality detection system based on Raman spectroscopy technology. It includes the detection of edible oil food safety indicators (such as mycotoxins, pesticide residues, acid value and peroxide value) and quantitative detection of edible oil fatty acid composition (such as erucic acid, high oleic acid, etc.).
