The ATX3100A Plus is a handheld alloy analyzer based on X-ray fluorescence (XRF) spectroscopy, designed for fast, accurate on-site material identification and quality control. Combining compact size, rapid detection (as fast as 1 second), and high precision, it is especially suitable for inspecting hard-to-reach areas such as welds, and excels in analyzing low-content elements like titanium and vanadium.
 
Running on Microsoft Windows CE, the device offers strong compatibility and user-friendly operation. It comes preloaded with a database of over 250 standard alloy grades, supporting identification of materials including stainless steel, copper alloys, titanium alloys, and more. Users can also add up to 300 custom grades to meet specific in-plant material management needs. Ideal for applications such as scrap metal sorting, positive material identification (PMI), and inventory management.
