application

  • Fluorescence spectrophotometer is an instrument used to scan the fluorescence spectra emitted by liquid-phase fluorescent labels. It can provide many physical parameters, including excitation spectra, emission spectra, fluorescence intensity, quantum yield, fluorescence lifetime, and fluorescence polarization, reflecting the bonding and structural characteristics of molecules from various aspects. By measuring these parameters, not only can general quantitative analysis be performed, but the conformational changes of molecules in different environments can also be inferred, thereby elucidating the relationship between molecular structure and function. It can be used for scanning both liquid and solid samples.
