How to measure transmission through running Optosky spectra software? Start by connecting the light source to the cuvette holder. Connect the spectrometer to the cuvette holder. Start the Optosky Spectra software, To start a measurement, click transmission, click Reference button to calculate the best possible intensity and number of averages, Wait until the spectrum normalize is the dark reference switch on the light source to measure in transmission mode. Transmissions will always be 100% without any filters or samples on approval holder put your sample in the cuvette. This is the transmission curve of the sample. You can also save this better.
